Americans Helping Americans grant provided scrubs, shoes, watches, and Rocket notebooks for the Pre-nursing students. The grant is to help the students work through barriers to post-secondary success. The students will now have the uniforms, shoes, and tools to start work in a healthcare facility. The students must complete 16 hours of clinical in a long-term care facility as part of the training program. Many of the Health Science students start to work during high school.
