Francis Davis

About Mrs. Davis

Mrs. Davis brings over a decade of teaching experience to Lee County ATC, alongside more than 30 years of real-world nursing expertise. Before joining the classroom, she spent nine years as a home health nurse, gaining hands-on experience that she now integrates into her instruction. She currently teaches Nurse Aide, preparing students for meaningful careers in healthcare right here in their hometowns.

Mrs. Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s in Career & Technical Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of healthcare, particularly the history of medicine, and inspiring students to understand how the field continues to evolve.

In addition to her teaching, Mrs. Davis serves as co-advisor of HOSA, guiding students in community service and leadership opportunities. Some of her favorite memories include seeing students experience flying for the first time during HOSA trips.

Mrs. Davis is married to Adam and they have three children: Bethany, Patrick, and Eli. Outside of school, she enjoys gardening, traveling on cruises, and has even lived in a location where a volcano erupted—adding a sense of adventure to her life outside the classroom.
